Following a distinguished international career leading renowned luxury houses including Christian Dior and Tiffany & Co., Stéphane Lafay set out to create a community inspired by his own way of life – one defined by curiosity, meaningful relationships, and a passion for discovery.
Together with the Kurosawa Group and an exceptional circle of founding members representing diverse cultures, industries, and perspectives, he established Ginza SAPPHIRE as a place where accomplished individuals can connect, exchange ideas, and share extraordinary experiences.

フランス出身のステファン・ラフェイは、Christian DiorやTiffany & Co.をはじめとする世界的なラグジュアリーブランドにおいて、日本およびアジア太平洋地域のプレジデントを歴任してきました。その華やかで国際的なキャリアの中で培った価値観と自身のライフスタイルをもとに、情熱、好奇心、上質な体験、そして意義ある人とのつながりを大切にするコミュニティを創りたいという想いから、GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGEの構想が生まれました。
