料理家として「キユーピー3分クッキング」にも出演し、発酵食や保存食をテーマに数多くのレシピを紹介している真藤舞衣子氏をお迎えし、お料理教室を開催しました。皆様に実際に手作り味噌を仕込んでいただき、瓶に詰めてお持ち帰り頂きました!半年後が楽しみです!
We were delighted to host a cooking class with Maiko Shindo, a culinary expert who has appeared on Kewpie 3-Minute Cooking and is well known for her many recipes featuring fermented and preserved foods.
Participants had the opportunity to make their own homemade miso, which they then packed into jars to take home. We can’t wait to see how it turns out in six months!
