【シャトージンコとは】
百合草梨紗(ゆりぐさりさ)氏はフランス人の夫と二人でシャトーを立ち上げ、日本人初女性ボルドー醸造家としてトップキュヴェを手掛ける。
「シャトージンコ」を2016年にリリース。サンフィリップ村に所有する畑は、ペトリュスの醸造に四十年以上携わったメルローの達人ジャン・クロード・ペロエ氏から太鼓判をもらった場所。高級ワインが生まれる大地、プラトーに位置し、石灰質土壌という絶好のテロワールを享受しています。テロワールと多様性のバランスを保つため人的介入は最低限にとどめる考えからオーガニック認証「AB」の取得やビオディナミ農法を実践しています。

【About Château Ginko】
Risa Yurigusa founded Château Ginko together with her French husband and has become the first Japanese female winemaker to craft top cuvées in Bordeaux.
Château Ginko released its first vintage in 2016. The estate is located in Saint-Philippe, on a vineyard highly praised by Jean-Claude Berrouet, the master of Merlot who oversaw Petrus for over forty years.
Situated on the plateau where many great wines are born, the vineyard benefits from exceptional limestone-rich soil—an ideal terroir for elegant and expressive wines.
To preserve the balance between terroir and biodiversity, human intervention is kept to a minimum. The estate holds organic certification (AB) and practices biodynamic viticulture, reflecting a philosophy of harmony with nature.
