GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGEでは、薬師神 陸シェフと佐藤 健志シェフによる特別なシェフコラボレーションディナーを開催いたします。

薬師神シェフは、辻調理師専門学校でフランス料理講師を務めた後、2014年に名店「SUGALABO」の立ち上げに参画。2020年に虎ノ門ヒルズのイノベーティブ・フレンチ『unis』とコミュニティスペース『Social Kitchen TORANOMON』を開設。現在は新たなレストランの開業準備を進めながら、食のプロデュース、イベントディレクション、ケータリング、講演活動、メニュー監修など、多岐にわたり活動しています。

本イベントでは、二人のシェフがそれぞれの感性と技術を活かした、この日限りの特別コース及びワインペアリングをご用意いたします。ノンアルコールをご希望のお客様にも対応いたします。

GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE is pleased to present a special Chef Collaboration Dinner featuring Chef Riku Yakushijin and Chef Takeshi Sato.

Chef Yakushijin first gained recognition as a French cuisine instructor at Tsuji Culinary Institute before joining the founding team of the acclaimed SUGALABO, where he worked alongside Chef Yosuke Suga. In 2020, he opened the innovative French restaurant unis and the community space Social Kitchen TORANOMON in Toranomon Hills. He is currently preparing to open a new restaurant while pursuing a wide range of culinary activities, including food production, event direction, catering, lectures, and menu supervision.

For this special collaboration, the two chefs will create an exclusive course menu with wine pairing that showcases their shared passion for craftsmanship, creativity, and exceptional seasonal ingredients. Non-alcoholic options are also available upon request.
