1797年創業、ブルゴーニュを代表する歴史あるワインメゾン「メゾン・ルイ・ラトゥール」。

今回のワインディナーでは、11代目当主でありCEOを務めるフローラン・ラトゥール氏と、自社畑の栽培・醸造を統括するドメーヌ・ディレクター クリストフ・デオラ氏を迎えます。

当日は、メゾンの歴史や哲学、ブルゴーニュのテロワール、ワイン造りについてお二人から直接お話しいただきながら、ルイ・ラトゥールのワインとGINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGEの料理とのペアリングをお楽しみいただきます。

中でも今回は、「2014 コルトン・シャルルマーニュ グラン・クリュ」と「2012 コルトン グラン・クリュ クロ・ド・ラ・ヴィーニュ・オー・サン」の2本を特別にご用意。

Burgundy Wine Dinner with Florent Latour & Christophe Deola

Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour is one of Burgundy’s historic wine houses, with a winemaking heritage spanning more than two centuries.

For this special wine dinner, we are delighted to welcome Florent Latour, 11th-generation family member and CEO of Maison Louis Latour, together with Christophe Deola, Domaine Director overseeing the Maison’s estate vineyards and winemaking.

Throughout the evening, our guests will share insights into the history and philosophy of Maison Louis Latour, the terroirs of Burgundy, and their approach to winemaking, while members enjoy a pairing dinner featuring a selection of Louis Latour wines and cuisine by GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE.

Among the wines presented, two exceptional Grand Crus will take center stage: 2014 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru and 2012 Corton Grand Cru Clos de la Vigne au Saint.

Join us for an evening exploring the heritage and wines of Burgundy in the company of two of the key figures behind Maison Louis Latour.
