Cage Wine is created by a pioneering Japanese winemaker in South Africa. Founded by the country’s first Japanese winemaker, the winery began with a production of just 1,000 bottles.

Its quality has since earned four stars in the internationally renowned Platter’s Wine Guide for four consecutive years. While it remains relatively undiscovered, this is a wine that deserves to be experienced.

On the evening, winemaker Keiji Sato will share the story behind Cage Wine, his journey in South Africa, and the passion that guides his craft.

Chef Kenji Sato will then present an exclusive pairing menu created around each wine—a dining experience available only at GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE.
