We are pleased to offer a special opportunity to visit the IWA Sake Brewery in Shiraiwa, Tateyama, Toyama Prefecture, together with Richard Geoffroy, the founder of the Japanese sake brand IWA and former Chief Winemaker of the renowned Champagne house Dom Pérignon, where he served for 28 years.

During this exclusive experience, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the brewery alongside Mr. Geoffroy, followed by a dinner where he will share his insights into sake, as well as stories and inspirations from his remarkable career bridging the worlds of sake and Champagne.
