A special collaboration with Richesse, we are pleased to offer an exclusive allocation of seats for SAPPHIRE Members.

This one-night-only dining experience celebrates two of Italy’s finest culinary treasures: Parmigiano Reggiano, widely known as the “King of Cheeses,” and Ca’ del Bosco, one of the most prestigious producers of Franciacorta.

Guests will enjoy a specially curated dinner course featuring Parmigiano Reggiano, paired with a selection of Ca’ del Bosco sparkling, white, and red wines. The evening will also include exclusive talks by renowned cheese expert Rumiko Honma and food journalist Kyoko Nakayama, offering insights into Italian food culture and the rich heritage of Parmigiano Reggiano.

As a special gift, all attendees will receive two varieties of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, along with a 50ml bottle of “Mystic Incense” by THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, the luxury fragrance house inspired by the heritage of Venice.
