篠原麗雄による ワインテイスティングのご案内

ボルドーで日本人として初めてシャトーを設立し、2002年より自身の名を冠した「Clos Leo（クロ・レオ）」を生産するワイン醸造家、篠原麗雄（しのはら・れお）氏。
量より質を重視し、収穫はすべて手摘み。
樹齢50年以上のブドウから、化学肥料や除草剤を一切使用せず、自然の力を生かした高品質なワインを造り続けています。

今回のテイスティングでは、篠原氏よりブドウ畑の購入からワイン造りに至るまでのストーリーを伺いながら、GINZA Sapphireのワインリストにも掲載されている"Clos Leo"とLeoのお勧めワインをお楽しみいただきます。

Wine Tasting with Leo Shinohara

Renowned Japanese winemaker Leo Shinohara, the first Japanese to establish his own château in Bordeaux, has been producing his signature wine Clos Leo since 2002.
Guided by the philosophy of “quality over quantity,” all grapes are hand-harvested from vines over 50 years old, cultivated without chemical fertilizers or herbicides, allowing nature’s power to shape each wine’s character.

During this special tasting, Mr. Shinohara will share his inspiring journey — from acquiring his vineyard to creating his exceptional wines — while guests enjoy Clos Leo (featured on the GINZA Sapphire wine list) along with a selection of his personally recommended wines.
