特別ワインセミナーを開催いたします。

本セミナーでは、DOUBLE “O” の開発ストーリーやブドウ品種の選定背景に加え、Champagne Salon などの高級シャンパーニュが空の上で提供されるまでの

Special Wine Seminar with Motohiro Okoshi

We are pleased to announce a special wine seminar presented by Motohiro Okoshi, the renowned sommelier who oversees all wines served on JAL international flights, including those in First Class, and who developed JAL’s original wine “DOUBLE O.”

Mr. Okoshi also serves as a Senior Judge at the International Wine Challenge (IWC), one of the world’s largest and most prestigious wine competitions.

In this seminar, he will share the fascinating story behind the creation of DOUBLE O, the process of selecting grape varieties, and the untold stories of how prestigious champagnes such as Champagne Salon are selected and served in the skies.

Guests will also enjoy a special Champagne pairing experience with the GINZA Sapphire Bar menu.
